CALLING THE HOSPITAL: Due to appointment and surgical schedules, the veterinarian is not always available to answer your phone calls directly. The Veterinary Technicians, Office Assistants and Receptionists are qualified to answer many questions that you might have, and we encourage you to ask. If necessary, your call will be referred to the doctor and will be returned at the earliest opportunity.
OVERNIGHT STAYS: The phone time for inquiring about your pet’s condition is after 11am Monday through Friday and after 10am Saturday morning. Discharge times are from 1pm until closing on Monday through Friday, and from 11am until closing on Saturday. Please be sure to call in advance to verify the discharge time.
PAYMENT: We require payment in full, for all elective procedures (i.e. spays, alters, cosmetic surgery, boarding, grooming) at the time of discharge. Credit arrangements for emergencies must be made in advance (by phone) with the hospital manager prior to the discharge of your pet. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and offer Care Credit.
